This week I've been doing little bits of various projects, all somewhat near completion.
I enjoyed doing a little bit of straight line quilting using my trusty hera marker:
If you've not used a hera marker before check out my tutorial for cross hatch quilting to see how I use it.
I love this Lighthearted Text print and those little penguins on the selvedge!
Tonight I'm back to doing some hand quilting, providing me with some much needed relaxation and quilty therapy.

I am going to have to try and work harder with my marker.

I've never tried one ... But it looks easier than using my Frixion pen all the time.
Do you find using the hera marker OK on lap size quilts? I imagine that would be hard going but I kind of want to try it.
I ran out and bought a hera marker after your tutorial on the cross-hatch quilting! Worked like a dream on the panel that is on the Wizard of Oz quilt I'm currently working on! Now I find myself using it on practically every project in some fashion!
