I'm just brilliant at post titles but at least it describes my finishes this week!
First I finished up this little zip bag for a gift, I actually did two (the other one has a 'D' on it) but failed to take a picture before the party.
I used some scraps and followed the open wide zippered pouch tutorial by Noodlehead, so much easier for little hands to open and close I think.
That's a check off my FAL list!
I also got the little October owl finished for my Woodland Sampler. I adore those oak leaves.
I'm really hoping to make some quilting progress this weekend. I'm overwhelmed by projects so I'm going to really try and focus and do one at a time (HA!).

Cute cute cute! Love the owls. And how clever of you to make the open wide pouch tall rather than wide.
Oooh was that for me and my little hands?! Sweet x
That little zip is adorable!
That is the cutest owl ever. Just saying...
E xx
Very cute projects! The owl is adorable!
Your counted cross stitched sampler is so very cute! Pouches are always a must...no matter your age!
Focus? Hahahahahaha :oD Still, the cross stitch is cute!
Lovely!!
I just LOVE your cross-stitch! Very cute pouch!
Your pouch is sweet and those owls are really cute :)
Ooh, very cute. Both of them! You are on a roll, Lucy! Good luck with the other projects - you can do it!
I love the owl! It's so cute! Every time I see this sampler I want to make it. But I have never ever finished a cross stitch I've started so I keep telling myself no. I'm wondering if I will break down and get the pattern or the year will end first. :)
I can never quilt one project at a time. Will check back to see how many you are doing at one time. The zippered pouch is cute and the owl is great.
Fun owl theme!! I love your woodland sampler, I hope it goes on forever!
I love those leaves too - and that owl is adorable! Not long now til it's finished. Can't wait to see it in it's completely glory. x
