I've been relaxing working on putting my rose star blocks together.
There needs to be a bit less chillin with EPP and a few bee blocks made before this month is over.
I've been distracted with not nice real life stuff so need to get to work.
Have you seen the Le Challenge theme this month is heroes? The link for craft/sewing projects based on 'heroes' (any interpretation) will be September 15th and you can win a $25 gift certificate to the Fat Quarter Shop.
Kristy from Quiet Play is having a giveaway HERE, you can win any 3 of her patterns!
That damned real life will bite you on the arse every time! Hope it's not too stressful getting the blocks done (says she, in blissful ignorance of the 3 she has to do!)
Love your Rose Star Blocks. Keep persevering through the tough times - and don't put extra pressure on yourself to get sewing stuff done - I think you are amazing the amount you get done already!
I'm so glad your toes are in the photo for scale - your lovely blocks are bigger than I thought at first! You have a good chunk completed there. EPP is a good distraction from real life, no? Hugs for the hard stuff. :)

Your rose star blocks are lovely! I especially love the blue ones. I hope whatever not-nice stuff that's going on gets better soon. xoxo
It looks so fabulous - keep it up and I may have to get on with mine!
Your rose star blocks are great. I think, I will have to try this pattern as soon as I'm free to spend my time on "fun sewing" projects...
I love your work!!! I've only worked with hexagons. You work inspires me to "branch" out a little bit!

These are gorgeous. I just realised what they remind me of - the kaleidoscope that I used to love as a child :=D
