ChristaQuilts is a new sponsor who has been a quilter for awhile but has just recently become more involved with the Modern Quilting movement.
Christa and her partner-in-crime Jason have tried to make their website easy to browse and fun to shop! Christa specializes in a wide range of fabrics including Batiks, Moda Precuts, and fun novelties like Dr. Seuss, Funky Monkeys, and Peanuts.
In addition to her unheard-of $10 international shipping rates - no matter how much you buy - Christa also offers free shipping to the US. She also has super sales like Daily Deals, Weekly Specials (hurry and you can get 20% off charm packs!! offer valid through 9th Dec), and free gifts with purchases of $25 or more.
The most popular items in her store are her precut fat quarter singles. Whenever Christa gets in a new line of fabric, the first thing she does is cut and fold hundreds of individual fat quarters so that they are stacked, bagged and ready to ship!
I picked out some of my favourites but there is so much choice! (I want ALL the Amy Butler!) |
Christa also loves to blog about quilting (that's how I first found out about her store). She's doing a quilt along tutorial right now called Charming Chevrons that is brilliant! You can check our her blog at christaquilts.wordpress.com.
I'm sure you'll agree it's fabulous to be able to support fellow quilters and their stores - click over to ChristaQuilts, you will love what you see!

Christa just left a couple of really nice comments on my blog. So excited you gave me a little more information about her here! Have a lovely weekend.
Congrats on a new sponsor - and hello awesome shipping rate! So nice for us non-US gals to find shipping deals for our fabric addictions!
Congrats Lu!
Woohoo a new sponsor!
Congrats on a new sponsor and lovin' that $10 international shipping rate!
Thank you for reminding me about Christa! I knew there was a US company that did cheap international shipping. I was after some charm squares, and they've ended up costing me tons less than in the UK, even with shipping. (We'll ignore the other remnants that fell into my basket while I was there...)
I can also vouch for the International shipping having shopped with Christa before!
